Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations and floor management, ensuring adherence to standards and guest satisfaction across the designated area.

You will supervise staff in the Manager's absence, monitor linen use and supplies, assist in recruiting and training room attendants, and support payroll and scheduling while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to interact with a wide variety of people and maintain guest service standards.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and floor management.
• Maintain standards and guest service levels across the designated area.
• Supervise staff in the Manager's absence and monitor supplies.
• Help recruit, train, schedule, and direct room attendants.
• Assist in payroll procedures and labor cost control.
• Provide operational support during peak times and cover other roles as needed.
