Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team responsible for cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, conduct inspections, and ensure standards across all rooms.

This role emphasizes staff development, safety, and efficiency, with opportunities to influence service quality and hotel performance. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred, and a High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks to ensure smooth, up-to-standard service.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas while prioritizing safety.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar for sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.
