Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel for every guest. You will thoroughly clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and maintain public areas while serving as a friendly point of contact for guests.

This role requires physical effort, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. We value attention to detail, reliability, and courteous guest service as part of our world-class hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and replenish bathrooms.
• Prepare and organize housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas and closets.
• Respond to guest questions and requests professionally.
• Report damages or maintenance issues to supervisor.
