Settlers Hospitality Group is seeking a hardworking individual to join our hotel housekeeping team. You will maintain cleanliness across guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a sanitary and inviting environment for guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and documenting room status. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with flexibility for days, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift and move supplies is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and tools/products.

Responsibilities

• Cleans daily all assigned rooms, halls, and other areas.
• Changes bed linens and makes beds.
• Replenishes guest room amenities and supplies.
• Cleans and sanitizes following infection-control procedures.
• Inspects rooms for cleanliness and reports issues.
• Maintains inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborates with front desk and maintenance as needed.
• Completes room status updates and housekeeping records.
• Responds promptly to guest requests.
