Ignite Hotels in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming guestrooms and public spaces. This role drives quality standards, team performance, inventory control, and guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train, coach, and schedule housekeeping team members, maintain brand cleanliness, and oversee inspections and corrective actions to meet occupancy needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Hotel housekeeping leadership experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations for guestrooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule housekeeping team members.
• Ensure brand cleanliness and presentation standards are met consistently.
• Conduct room and public area inspections; provide coaching and follow-up.
• Manage housekeeping labor, productivity, and staffing to meet occupancy needs.
• Oversee inventory, par levels, ordering, and use of supplies and linens.
• Partner with front office and maintenance to support timely room turns.
• Monitor guest feedback and action plans to improve cleanliness scores.
• Ensure OSHA and chemical handling standards.
• Maintain logs, checklists, and department documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
