Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping Department across rooms, public areas and laundry at Hyatt Place Scottsdale. You will supervise a team, uphold brand standards and drive efficiency in daily operations.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience, strong communication and financial acumen, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel operations or related field.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• Handles high-pressure situations calmly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to interpret and use financial data.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests and staff.
• Maintain regular attendance per brand standards.
• Ensure housekeeping standards across rooms, public areas and laundry.
• Comply with company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll input and productivity reports.
• Conduct monthly dept. meetings and training sessions.
• Balance room status and monitor KPI data.
• Manage inventory and purchasing for Housekeeping & Laundry.
