You will lead a diverse team, enforce SOPs, monitor guest safety, manage payroll and inventories, and maintain high cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a bustling Manhattan setting.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel experience or related field required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must be able to convey information clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternatives quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
• Must understand financial information and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team across rooms, public areas and laundry.
• Maintain attendance in line with brand standards and hotel needs.
• Ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and SOPs.
• Develop and conduct monthly department meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare staff schedules and payroll-related reports weekly.
• Inspect rooms daily and manage efficiency based on occupancy and GM approval.
• Balance room status and maintain Lost and Found procedures.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints and emergencies with courtesy.
