Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain clean hotel.
• Uses leadership and communication to maximize staff productivity.
• Directs staffing based on forecasted occupancy.
• Coordinates room availability with guest care/GM.
• Oversees daily housekeeping activities.
• Reviews guest feedback and implements solutions.
• Ensures safety rules and procedures are followed.
• Maintains budget performance and cost control.
• Manages inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
• Schedules rotational and special cleaning programs.
• Keeps keys secured per policy.
• Aims for brand/Company inspection threshold scores.
• Produces reports to aid management decisions.
