Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping in hotels, inns, or resorts.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and contracts.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and policy adherence.
• Develop and implement standards to meet goals for services.
• Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms and back-of-house areas.
• Manage the department budget, monitor revenue, expenses, and labor costs.
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure equipment maintenance and proper use.
• Maintain inventory levels for equipment and supplies.
• Advise guests and team members on housekeeping matters.
• Participate in Manager on Duty program as needed.
• Lead staff through coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety standards and participate in safety committees.
