Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver results and meet standards.
• Experience in housekeeping leadership or supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Develop and implement procedures to meet standards and goals.
• Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms and public areas.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses and labor costs.
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Advise guests and team members on housekeeping matters.
• Lead and train staff; schedule, discipline and coach as needed.
• Support Manager on Duty responsibilities when required.
