Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to achieve exceptional cleanliness across rooms, hallways, and lobbies.
• Manage inventory for the housekeeping department within budget guidelines.
• Develop and enforce opening/closing procedures for the department.
• Schedule staff efficiently and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Train and coach staff; monitor brand standards, safety, and cleanliness.
