Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct all Housekeeping operations, including Laundry, ensuring top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and collaboration with maintenance and Front Office teams.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a hotel, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and motivate a team of 15+ members.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to apply supervision techniques effectively.
• Ability to plan and organize activities of others.
• Ability to guide a group to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer Housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Lead, oversee and develop a 15+ member housekeeping team.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for guest satisfaction and upkeep.
• Schedule, train and evaluate team members; monitor performance.
