Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA is seeking a housekeeping associate to maintain public spaces and assist guests and team members. You will support room cleaning, stock supplies, and uphold quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a fast-paced environment tolerance. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and training will be provided to meet Best Western and hotel guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in repetitious and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness: Responsible for cleaning and ensuring necessary amenities and supplies are in guest rooms.
• Guest Service: Accountable for guest satisfaction as it pertains to housekeeping service at the property.
• Safety/Risk Management: Ensures a clean and safe work area in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Self-Management: Plans, organizes and prioritizes work duties and adheres to attendance and appearance standards.
