Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group seeks a Housekeeping Inspector at our Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA. You will supervise, train, and inspect Room Attendants and Laundry Attendants to ensure the hotel’s standards are met and guest satisfaction remains high.

You will manage staff performance, promote service excellence, and help maintain safe, organized operations in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred. Must be detail oriented, have ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization, and be able to problem-solve with team members and guests.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift. Significant bending required.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Lead the housekeeping team; assign, inspect, and record housekeeping actions; respond to guest concerns with courtesy and service recovery.
• Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections; maintain MSDS, ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Associate Management and Development: Direct staff performance; coach and develop team members; ensure training records are maintained.
• Self/Workload Management: Attend department meetings; advise and implement changes; manage multiple priorities.
