Jay Peak in Vermont is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Laborer to support upkeep, cleanliness and basic maintenance of resort buildings, grounds and equipment. This entry-level, part-time role works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and assists Maintenance Technicians with routine tasks while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks and document work.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians and supervisors with repairs and projects.
• Clean maintenance spaces and equipment; perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and perform minor servicing duties.
• Assist with unloading, organizing, and storing deliveries and inventory.
• Support other departments with labor-related tasks as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide courteous, professional service to guests and team members.
