Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Housekeeping in his/her absence to facilitate all aspects of daily housekeeping operations and provide feedback on staff performance.
• Assist in determining work assignments for room attendants and support staff according to staffing guides and occupancy rate.
• Ensure an attractive and clean facility for guests in rooms and public areas.
• Monitor progress of housekeeping associates, ensuring training, policy familiarity, and housekeeping standards.
