Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments
• Schedule staff based on occupancy and business needs
• Assign daily room boards and responsibilities to staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and standards
• Ensure timely room readiness for arriving guests
• Monitor productivity, labor hours, and staffing levels
• Train and coach team members; assist with interviewing and onboarding
• Communicate with Front Desk regarding room status and priorities
• Manage supplies, inventory, and cleaning products
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures
• Support with room cleaning, inspections, and laundry as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve cleanliness scores and guest satisfaction
