Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando seeks a Housekeeping Dispatch agent to receive, process, and forward service calls to the appropriate departments. You will operate the radio, phone, and maintain communications with managers, associates, departments, and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsabilités

• Attend pre-shift meetings and maintain a courteous, friendly attitude toward guests and associates.
• Operate telephone and two-way radio to relay calls and messages.
• Dispatch calls to housekeeping staff and post maintenance work orders.
• Record information such as name, room number, items to be replaced or serviced.
• Complete a Rollaway & Crib Report and forward it to Management daily.
• Ensure all guest calls or requests are completed within 15 minutes.
• Support housekeeping services to address guest needs and report maintenance opportunities.
• Complete Wellness Check/Privacy Button report to Security and Housekeeping daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
