Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando seeks a Fine Dining Greeter to welcome guests, coordinate seating, and assist servers to ensure a seamless dining experience. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to Rosen Standards, and maintaining a pristine dining environment.

This part-time position requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift light items, and excellent guest service. Reservations and guest inquiries will be handled as part of daily duties in a fast-paced fine dining

Formación

• Minimum one year of fine dining experience required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to walk short distances during shifts.
• Be able to lift up to 10lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs).
• Must be legally allowed to work in the USA.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and seat according to server rotation and guest preference.
• Enter restaurant reservations into the system per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of menus, equipment, and work area.
• Assist guests with seating, special requests, directions, and hotel information.
• Answer phones politely and direct calls accordingly.
• Monitor dining floor to ensure guest satisfaction and enjoyable dining.
