Job summary

Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to clean guest rooms, hallways and public areas, stock carts, replace linens, and replenish guest room supplies while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires good attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly; on-call shifts may apply. Competitive benefits available in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, which includes stripping and making the bed, gathering and emptying trash, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture and fixtures, and vacuuming.
• Clean guest bathrooms, including cleaning bath fixtures, commodes, floors, walls, and mirrors.
• Perform all tasks in a professional and timely manner with attention to detail.
• Greet guests professionally and respect their privacy.
• Restock room supplies and amenities as needed, keeping a clean cart and closet.
• Report maintenance issues, lost & found, safety concerns, and guest requests promptly to Dispatch.
• Perform 3-5 deep cleanings as requested by Quality Control or the Manager of Rooms daily.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Summary:

The Housekeeping Room Attendant will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel. Stock carts with room supplies, replace linens, and replenish guest room supplies while delivering exceptional guest service in accordance withCompany Standards.

Responsibilities:
