Sonesta International Hotels in Redondo Beach, CA, is hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator to support hotel operations with strong organization and flexibility. The role requires mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves coordinating room attendant schedules, tracking square footage, and assisting payroll for additional rooms cleaned.

You will partner with management to ensure proper coverage, maintain linen and supply par levels, monitor laundry stocks, and deliver Sonesta Service

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain the square footage of all Room Attendants
• Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage
• Coordinate rooms square footage given out to all Room Attendants
• Assist with payroll maintenance for additional rooms cleaned
• Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all guest interactions
• Inspect assigned suites and public areas for furnishings, guest suites, equipment, linens, and public areas
• Partner with the Manager to inventory and maintain par levels for linen and room supplies
• Monitor commercial laundry supplies and equipment to ensure sufficiency and operation
