Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a House Attendant to support the Housekeeping Management Team on assigned floors. You will collect dirty linens, transport them to laundry, deliver clean linens to carts, and assist with public area cleaning and special projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities include assisting Room Attendants with heavy items, keeping closets and corridors organized, responding to guest requests, and promoting teamwork across shifts while

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• Background in extended-stay hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English; other languages helpful.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens and supplies.
• Transport dirty linens to the laundry and bring back clean items.
• Assist with laundry operations and cleaning of public areas.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain cleanliness of closets and corridors.
• Report repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Support teamwork and coordinate with other shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
