Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a House Attendant to support the housekeeping team on assigned floors, handling linens, trash, and light cleaning. You will assist Room Attendants, deliver supplies, and help maintain public areas and laundry functions.

Ideal candidates have entry-level housekeeping experience, are able to lift up to 75 pounds, and support guests with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Background from the extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities preferred.
• Frequently standing, bending, lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Sonesta Service standards to guests and clients.
• Assist Room Attendants with linens and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets and corridors.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Clean designated public areas and report safety issues.
• Assist with laundry and monitor supplies and equipment.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with shifts and management.
• Comply with health and safety laws.
