Job summary

RRI West Management, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team in South Deerfield, MA. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment for guests while working with a dedicated team. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms are guest ready and that quality and brand standards are met.
• Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the Front Desk promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Location: Red Roof Plus South Deerfield
Starting Pay: $16.50 to $17.50/ hour depending on experience

We are currently seeking Full-Time Housekeepers to join our team in South Deerfield. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while working alongside a dedicated team. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Sign- On Bonus- $500.00

• $100 after 30 days of employment
• $150 after 90 days of employment
• $250 after 6 months of employment

What does a day as one of our housekeeper look like?
