Job summary

RRI West is seeking Full-Time Housekeepers at the Columbus OSU location. Starting pay is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

You will help create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, changing linens, and reporting maintenance needs to the Front Desk. We offer benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, PTO after 60 days, a digital tipping

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and holiday.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms are guest ready and ensure the quality and brand standards are met.
• Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the Front Desk promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Starting Pay: $15.00 to $16.00/ hour depending on experience.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Housekeepers to join our team at the Columbus OSU location. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while working alongside a dedicated team. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Sign- On Bonus- $500.00

• $100 after 30 days of employment
• $150 after 90 days of employment
• $250 after 6 months of employment
