Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and assist with the cleanliness of public areas and restrooms in our hotel. The role requires attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Essentials include performing room cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and following hotel procedures for lost and found, maintenance reporting, and safety standards. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide good customer service.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure room readiness for guests.
• Uphold uniform and personal presentation standards and guest interaction etiquette.
