Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and assist with maintaining clean public areas. You will follow established procedures to change linens, dust, vacuum, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.

The role requires basic English, the ability to work flexible shifts, and a strong customer-service mindset to greet guests and meet their needs with a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Basic English: read, write and speak.
• Flexible shifts and adaptability to change.
• Able to work well in a team and deliver service.
• Excellent customer service and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and maintain cleanliness of guest floors, hallways, and public areas.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Follow hotel procedures for Lost and Found and safety checks.
• Maintain organization and stocking of the supply cart.
• Greet guests politely and assist with needs in a timely manner.
