Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floor and public space cleanliness, support room attendants, and assist with laundry as needed. You will work under the direction of the Housekeeping leadership, delivering friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English and communicate with guests and team members.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, vacuum hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators and stairs.
• Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors with standard tools and machines.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstery; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain public area cleanliness including restrooms.
• Assist other housekeeping staff and stock carts with supplies.
• Assist with laundry and other duties as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as required.
