Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and assist with cleanliness of guest floors and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and restrooms in the hotel.
• Replenish supplies and stock housekeeping carts.
• Report maintenance issues through proper channels.
• Ensure proper uniform is worn and guest greetings are courteous.
• Support teamwork to keep areas clean and organized.
• Complete quality checks on equipment and rooms.
• Assist in safeguarding guest belongings and following hotel procedures.
