Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floors and public spaces, support Room Attendants, and assist in related housekeeping tasks. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment and help ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts to meet hotel needs. Prior housekeeping exposure is helpful, and a positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest floors, lobbies, and public spaces.
• Assist Room Attendants and Laundry as needed.
• Stock carts and transport linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and pool if applicable.
• Provide friendly guest greetings and local information.
