Job summary

The Karol Hotel in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a dependable House Attendant to support the housekeeping and banquet teams. You will help prepare rooms, refresh amenities, and assist with guest requests with courtesy.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will help maintain cleanliness, stock mini bars, and support cart and closet organization to ensure a consistent guest experience aligned with Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with tablets and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Strip rooms and prepare them for cleaning.
• Greet guests in public spaces warmly.
• Distribute items to housekeepers and support banquet setup.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and guest requests per Marriott standards.
• Restock carts and maintain cleanliness of hallways and closets.
• Follow shifts, breaks, and rotate deep cleans.
