You will maintain reservations, communicate with servers, and uphold a clean front-of-house. Candidates should have excellent customer service, strong communication, and comfort with tablets or iPads. This is a full-time role with Marriott benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use tablets or iPads.
• Ability to assist with menu revisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest genuinely and seat them quickly.
• Maintain reservations on OpenTable.
• Converse with guests to ease waits and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Use a rotation method to keep seating fair.
• Communicate with servers when seating tables and assist as needed.
• Have knowledge of menu and wine to answer questions.
• Ensure front of house is clean and tables are set for guests.
