Fairfield Inn Clearwater is seeking a Room Attendant to join our hotel team. You will maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
