Previous guest service experience and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
