Job description

Hotel Hosts contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. They must appreciate high standards of excellence. The Hotel Host creates a welcoming experience for guests by offering exceptional service in a clean, comfortable environment. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience, including managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field, is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task and have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Basic computer skills such as Word and Excel.
