Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service.
• Team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Field all hotel calls, direct them appropriately and communicate critical information to guests and staff as needed.
