Position Summary:

This role involves assisting guests with check-in/out, handling concerns, and delivering customer service at the Hotel Front Desk and RV Park.

Essential Job Functions include:

  • Adhere to dress code standards
  • Manage guest check-in/out procedures
  • Review arrivals, pre-register guests, produce key packs
  • Monitor inventory and guest count
  • Coordinate with other departments, handle cashier duties, and reconcile transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock in work areas and facilities
  • Answer phones, make reservations, and operate POS systems
  • Maintain valid gaming license and adhere to policies
  • Support cross-training and other duties as assigned

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform light cleaning and multitask
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to handle stressful situations

Education/Experience:

Must be at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior front desk and customer service experience preferred.

Additional Details:

No supervisory responsibilities. Equipment includes phones, computers, printers, etc. Software used includes Micros, Synkros, LMS. Physical and mental demands are typical of customer service roles. Work conditions involve a climate-controlled environment and compliance with safety policies. Native American and Tribal preference applies. Must pass background and drug tests, and be flexible with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
