Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
