Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a full-time team member to support the Deloitte University kitchen and catering operations in Westlake, TX. You will assist with food delivery, setup, and maintaining clean, organized food service areas for the professional client environment.

Qualifications include English proficiency and prior experience in stewarding or kitchen roles; a Texas driver’s license is preferred. 21+ for vehicle insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Stewarding, Kitchens or cleaning areas preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old due to vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to all kitchens, including the cafeteria, when needed.
• Assist in putting food and supplies away in the kitchen according to FIFO standards.
• Drive a golf cart and a small box truck to move food and equipment safely.
• Set up and take down stations for serving and cleaning dishes.
• Talk with the chef and banquet leaders to make sure all needs are met.
• Keep food and drink areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
• Help keep all kitchen equipment clean and in order with the steward team.
• Put kitchen tools and equipment back in the correct place after use.
• Keep kitchen areas clean by sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and restocking soap and paper towels.
