Job summary

RAINMAKER TEAM LLC seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and strategic direction, maximizing sales and financial returns while upholding brand standards.

The GM will supervise accounting, sales, guest services, and staff development, set room rates and budgets, and build local brand awareness across properties in Kentucky and Ohio. This full-time role requires 5–10 years in hotel management and a bachelor’s in Hotel Administration or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of hotel management experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS, HVAC, Maintenance).
• Expertise in hospitality accounting, HR laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel personnel and operations, including HR actions and evaluations.
• Develop performance goals and provide coaching to enhance team results.
• Forecast budgets, capital plans, and revenue strategies.
• Lead pricing, distribution channels, and revenue management efforts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards; manage vendor relations.
