Shaner Hotels is seeking a Complex General Manager for Four Points by Sheraton Newark Airport, located near Newark Liberty International Airport. You will lead a full-service hotel team, manage operations, and drive guest satisfaction with a strong focus on financial performance.

The ideal candidate has five years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, a background in budgeting, and bilingual skills. A high school diploma is required, with a hospitality degree or CHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management and co-workers clearly.
• High school graduate; college degree in hospitality management or business preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Lead the hotel team to achieve financial goals and budget targets.
• Ensure payroll and purchasing controls support profitability.
• Develop long- and short-range financial objectives aligned with property goals.
• Maintain adherence to Shaner and franchise operating standards.
• Be accessible to guests and employees and maintain strong service levels.
• Oversee knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, availability, and arrivals.
