The role requires extensive experience in hotel management, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising (at least six associates) in a branded hotel
• Experience in hotel industry (5+ years) is preferred
• Experience in accounting is preferred
• Must display honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall hotel operations to meet revenue, profit and guest satisfaction targets
• Ensure adherence to Franchise Standards and brand procedures
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventories and other administrative duties
• Maintain safety and security practices and emergency procedures
