VIPCor Hotel LLC DBA City Express Corvallis is seeking a General Manager to lead the City Express by Marriott in Corvallis. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, control financial performance, and ensure Marriott standards across all departments.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, familiarity with Marriott systems, and a strong grounding in P&L, forecasting, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hospitality leadership (GM or AGM preferred).
• Experience with Marriott systems and select-service brand operations encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting) and communication skills.
• ServSafe / Food Handler and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• Local market knowledge of Corvallis, OR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments and staff.
• Ensure brand standards, guest service benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Monitor guest feedback and quality assurance scores.
• Lead budgeting, capex plans, and monthly P&L reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and rates.
• Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and high retention.
