Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a hotel of similar size and type.
• Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and high service standards.
• Lead executive committee and department heads to drive strategy, budgeting, and performance.
