Qualifications

• 5-10 years of GM experience in hotel operations.
• 3+ years recent experience in a Marriott-branded hotel.
• Experience with owner-operated or privately held hotel groups.
• Solid understanding of hotel financials, cost controls, and business planning.
• Independent and fully accountable for property performance.
• Energetic, hands-on leadership with strong on-property presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations with full P&L responsibility and focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance.
• Build and mentor a motivated, service-oriented team including HR activities such as hiring, training, and performance management.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and KPIs; implement corrective actions to drive top-line and bottom-line results.
• Monitor guest feedback, maintain QA and GSS scores, uphold brand standards.
• Maintain open communication with ownership and executive leadership through timely reporting and updates.
