Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must lead with strong organizational skills and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Travel may be required.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Committee to achieve property goals.
• Develop and assure achievement of hotel revenues and profits.
