Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue optimization, and talent development, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires previous Hotel General Manager experience or 3+ years as an Assistant General Manager at a Marriott or Hilton branded property.
• Brand experience is preferred.
• Local market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel with energy, professionalism, and strategic vision.
• Ensure brand standards and service behaviors are consistently delivered.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, sales, and marketing plans.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment while overseeing Guest Experience and Operations.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance feedback.
