Concord Hospitality is seeking a seasoned General Manager for The Union Hotel Flemington, a Tribute Portfolio Marriott. You will lead a service-driven team and drive brand standards across operations, guest experience, and profitability.

As the face of the hotel with ownership and the Marriott brand, you will oversee budgeting, supplier ordering, staffing, training, and performance management, delivering exceptional results in a competitive New Jersey market.

Formación

• Organized, detail-oriented leader of service-driven hospitality professionals.
• Strong sales background and established networking skills.
• Proven ability to drive GSS.
• Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading teams.
• Prior Marriott experience desirable and previous experience as a hotel General Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a winning management team and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Liaise with the hotel brand, owners and Concord to ensure smooth operations and brand alignment.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain high brand standards and ensure a superior guest experience across all departments.
• Recruit, mentor and develop leadership talent within the hotel team.
