Job summary

Lexima seeks an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead the Residence Inn by Marriott in Springdale. You will oversee daily hotel operations to achieve revenue, house profit, and RevPAR targets while upholding brand standards, guest satisfaction, and asset protection.

The GM will develop short- and long-term operating plans to meet or exceed budgets, report at monthly property reviews, and work with revenue management and sales to maximize occupancy and rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business preferred.
• 2-5 years as Assistant General Manager or other hotel management role required.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel professionally and knowledgeably.
• Maintain Brand and Lexima standards; ensure guest and colleague satisfaction.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans to meet budgeted goals.
• Attend monthly property reviews and report performance.
• Maximize revenue and manage sales objectives with local accounts.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff; maintain a positive work environment.
• Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program.
