Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hospitality management experience.
• Previous hotel leadership experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
